Single-sex schooling: possible interpretations and definitions

Elisabeth Vierheller and Jaume Camps research professors in education and gender issues, and collaborators of this website publish this study where the state of the issue in relation to single-sex education is reviewed.

The objective of this essay is to share the interpretation of some currents in relation to single-sex education and its various definitions; the nuances allow to glimpse that there is no unanimity on the subject and, therefore, the possibility of continuing to investigate issues of gender  and school grouping remains open.
