National Conference on Girls' Education [February 10-12, 2012] [Washington D.C.]

The National Coalition of Girls' Schools and the Young Women's Leadership Network are proud to announce the inaugural National Conference on Girls' Education being held on February 10-12, 2012 at the Renaissance Hotel in Washington D.C. The National Conference on Girls' Education (NCGE) will bring together girls' schools, girls' program leaders, academics, researchers and others committed to the healthy intellectual, social, and emotional development of girls and young women, and will shine the spotlight on some of America's top thinkers, educators and practitioners.  

 

NCGE will create a forum for the exchange of transformational educational practice, the sharing of a wide array of resources for working with girls, and a catalytic bridging of students and teachers from all sectors of girls' education in America. On February 10-12, 2012 we will gather in Washington DC, to hear nationally renowned speakers, to share innovative ways to engage girls and to shape our students as future leaders of the global community.
