Educación diferenciada. 50 respuestas para un debate.

Alfonso Aguiló has published this book that shows single-sex schools as an educational option that aims to address more specifically the diversity between men and women. This educational option is well accepted in many countries, with excellent results, but elsewhere is embroiled in a heated debate, often tainted by ideological or political issues. Some believe that single-sex education belongs to ultrarreligious conservative positions, underdeveloped or even sexist societies. However, if the matter is examined at length and without prejudice, it can be seen that it is a reality in many countries with very different situations in terms of religious, political positions, economic development or ideological and educational assumptions. This book covers the various objections that have been made to single-sex education in recent decades worldwide, quoting the original sources and providing extensive data and studies on each topic addressed. The author hopes that a better understanding of the debate and its history, paying attention to the reasons of both sides, with an open and constructive approach, help us all to follow it in a positive way and consensus can be reached.
